Emma Angel (born 1994) is a police woman in [[wiki:bradwick|Bradwick]], the main town in Wootenshire.

===== Early Life =====

Emma was born in Nottingham but travelled around the UK with her parents during her summer holidays.

===== Professional Life =====

Emma Angel joined the police after completing a degree in Police Science. She served as a Special Constable while studying as an undergraduate. She went from her degree straight onto the fast track program at Avon and Somerset where she completed her probation and was soon assigned to CID as a Detective Constable in [[wiki:bradwick|Bradwick]], Wootenshire.

Shares a semi detached 1930s council built house with two friends Lucy and Helen. Lucy is a police officer and Helen a nurse. (Was Michelle in TRP but Helen has now moved in.) The house is for women on shift work and Emma holds the mortgage, collecting rent for the other two.

===== Personality =====

Emma is fiercely independent. Nothing in her life has been handed to her so she knows she has to fight for what she wants. She lives in a four bedroom house that she owns (with a mortgage) and sublets individual rooms to other women who work shift patterns - nurses and police officers in the main. She acts, in part, like a mother hen.

Being quite small and appearing nonthreatening, she went beyond the police requirements for unarmed combat and now regularly practises Krav Maga.
